Typically refers to a filter device that uses primary and medium-efficiency filter cotton (such as G4, F7/F8 grades). It is often used at the front end of a dust removal system to pre-remove larger dust particles to protect the high-efficiency dust removal equipment (such as bag/cartridge dust collectors) at the back end and extend its service life. It has low resistance and a large dust holding capacity. As a pre-filtration stage, it is low-cost and easy to replace.
Multi-layer filtration: Dust-laden gas passes through the filter's multiple layers of filter material (such as non-woven fabric, fiberglass, etc.). These materials form an intricate fiber network that intercepts and captures airborne dust particles attempting to pass through.
High-efficiency collection: In addition to direct interception, smaller particles collide with the fibers due to diffusion (Brownian motion) or are attracted to the fiber surface by electrostatic forces, resulting in highly efficient purification.
Purified exhaust: Dust is retained within the filter material, while purified air passes through and is discharged from the other end.
