Baghouse Dust Collector

Production based on actual needs and quotations
Woven fiber bags serve as the core filter element, efficiently filtering dust-laden air. Dust is trapped on the outer surface of the bags, and the purified air is discharged into the clean air chamber. A dust cleaning system regularly removes dust accumulation from the bags to maintain the equipment's operating resistance. Removed dust is immediately discharged through a discharger below to a storage device for recycling or disposal. The system offers high dust removal efficiency (typically >99.9%), handles a wide range of air volumes, and is highly adaptable.
Filtration and Collection: Dust-laden air enters the dust collector through the air inlet and is distributed by the deflector. Coarser dust particles fall directly into the hopper due to gravity or inertia. The air then slowly passes through the filter bags suspended within the chamber, trapping dust on the outer surfaces. Purified air then enters the bag interior and is ultimately discharged through the top exhaust port.
Cleaning and Regeneration: As dust accumulates on the outer surfaces of the filter bags, a "primary dust layer" forms. This dust layer improves filtration efficiency but also increases equipment resistance. When the resistance reaches a set value, the cleaning system (such as a pulse valve) automatically activates. High-pressure compressed air is instantly injected into the filter bags, generating intense vibration and reverse airflow, which shakes dust cake adhering to the outer walls of the bags into the hopper below.
Filtration and Collection: The shaken dust is collected in the hopper and then periodically discharged or recycled through a discharge valve (such as a star-shaped discharge valve).
