Filter Dust Collector
Production based on actual needs and quotations
The equipment is small in size, has a large filtration area, and is easy to install and maintain. It is widely used in welding smoke, polishing dust and other working conditions. It uses a pleated filter cartridge (filter element) as the filter element. Due to its pleated design, it has a large filtration area and a compact structure.
Surface Filtration: After dust-laden air enters the dust collector from the air inlet, it is first evenly distributed by the deflector. Large dust particles are separated by gravity or inertia and fall into the hopper. The air is then forced through the pleated filter cartridge, where dust is trapped directly on the filter media on the outer surface. The purified air then enters the filter cartridge and is discharged through the upper exhaust port.
Pulse Cleaning: When dust accumulation on the outer surface of the filter cartridge increases and the equipment resistance reaches a set value, the automatic cleaning system activates. The electromagnetic pulse valve opens momentarily, injecting a stream of high-pressure compressed air directly into the filter cartridge, causing it to rapidly expand and vibrate, effectively and thoroughly removing any dust adhering to the outer surface.
Dust Collection: The dislodged dust falls into the hopper below and is ultimately discharged through a discharge device (such as a star-shaped discharge valve).
